Bamboo plyboard is made of bamboo woven-mats, bamboo curtains, bamboo strips and a few of wooden veneers, which are glued and then pressed under high temperature and high pressure. The production process of bamboo plyboard are similar but different to the production process of common plywood made of wood.
Bamboo is a kind of very hard material, so bamboo plyboard is of higher strength than common plywood. Bamboo plyboards are widely used as shuttering plyboard, trucks & cars floors, packing materials.

Characteristics of Bamboo Plyboard

Enduring mechanic and physical nature, can be adjusted under high pressure, bendable better than plywood formwork.

Wide plane (2440 x 1220 mm), can be executed in big size area, reduce the time and labour for compositing sheets.

The gross weight is lighter than steel work form so that it can reduce the shoring density of form.

Bamboo formwork is suitable for constructing floor form, wattle wall, girder, column, unplastered concrete items in works of high-rise buildings, offices, tenements, housings, high class business centers, roads, bridges, damps for baffling water, tunnels and underground constructions.
Shuttering plywood (filmed plywood, bamboo formwork plywood, film faced plywood).
Bamboo plywood is made of plies of bamboo curtain and veneer. It has high strength and smooth surface.
In Vietnam or many other countries, construction companies use two kinds of shuttering plywood, one is poplar shuttering plywood, the other is shuttering ply bamboo, called “bamboo plyboard” or “bamboo shuttering plyboard”. Bamboo shuttering plyboard is usually used for big construction projects. It can be used for more times than poplar plywood.
Bamboo shuttering plyboard can be used instead of hardwood film faced plywood and birch film faced plywood.

Usage
